NEED NOW IF POSSIBLE We recruit gamers to attend playtests for new mobile games. The pay for a recruiter is $30/hour, you work from home (I'm based near NYC), the work is very occasional, on average 15 hours most months of the year - a heavy month would be 35 hours. I'd give you an opening trial for four hours. Here at Bowen Research I have my own list of gamers nationwide - I've been in the industry 40 years and my list has 35K gamers in the US (see www.bowenreserch.com). Generally I send out emails/texts to my list (all have opted in), telling them for example the test is for 90 minutes in downtown NYC and pays $100 on November 10-13th; and ask them text my recruiter to set up a time to talk. You would use a google doc with 20-50 questions to qualify them, chiefly that they've played the game we're testing. So you need to be experienced in dealing with Google docs or Excel, exact in asking questions and noting their answsers on the google doc - some administrative or office experience is needed. This is not selling, only rarely would you need to call out to people on my list, and of course they will have all signed up with us. Best if you like talking to people and can have a general sense if they're honestly into the game. Some experience with games is a plus, not required.
