Description Our client is seeking a permanent full-time Sr. Paralegal to support their law firm's corporate group in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Sr. Paralegal will play a crucial role in finalizing documents, preparing signature packets, revising documents according to attorney instructions, and ensuring compliance with data privacy requirements. Finalize Word documents into “Execution Version” form and compile executed PDF copies. Prepare individual signature packets for client execution. Revise documents pursuant to attorney instructions, comments, or markups, and communicate any issues or questions effectively. Redact or anonymize documents to remove personal or identifying information to conform with data privacy requirements. Review information in schedules and disclosures against diligence materials and flag discrepancies for attorney review. Draft Closing Set index and prepare bookmarked, hyperlinked PDF closing sets. Coordinate printing and binding of documents with Workplace Services teams. Perform defined terms and cross-reference checks on complex legal agreements. Prepare redlines of documents against forms, precedents, and previous versions. Draft ancillary documents from forms or precedents, and order good standings and certified copies. Perform sanctions checks and utilize knowledge of research databases, including Intelligize, Lexis, and Westlaw.Requirements Possession of a minimum of five years of experience in a paralegal role Demonstrable expertise in Corporate Legal and Corporate Law Proficient understanding of Business laws Experienced in handling Trademarks cases Familiarity with Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) procedures Experience in drafting and reviewing Credit Agreements Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis Capable of working independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in law or related field is preferred Paralegal certification is desirable.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
