Nurse practitioner needed

We are in need of a Nurse Practitioner to take care of patients in nursing homes. Employee is responsible for providing comprehensive care to residents in the facility including performing physical exams, diagnosing medical conditions, managing chronic diseases, prescribing medications. Employee should discuss plan of care ,educate patients and families, and collaborate with other healthcare team members within the facility to ensure optimal care for the residents, all while adhering to specific regulations for geriatric care.
