We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, Monday through Thursday, with variable hours starting at 7:00am. Occasional Friday and/or weekend work and over 40 hours may be required as needed. The primary role of the Enhancement Crew Leader is to perform landscape installation tasks safely and efficiently, while meeting or exceeding our company's quality, production, and customer service standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily landscape installation activities in accordance with our Quality and Industry standards.Maintain safety and security for yourself, team members, and customers on job sites.Effectively prioritize tasks and follow instructions from supervisors on assigned projects.Use knowledge and skills in Planting and Sodding to read landscape plans and ensure proper growth environments.Operate and perform basic maintenance of landscape equipment and tools using Grading knowledge and skills.Evaluate and/or operate irrigation systems as assigned.Communicate effectively with crew leaders, customers, and other crew members.Resolve problems with a sense of urgency and sound judgment, with an overall attention to safety.Build positive relationships with customers, managers, and other employees.Qualifications1-2 years experience performing landscape installation or related tasks.Basic knowledge of Irrigation, Grading, Planting and Sod techniques and tools associated with these landscape tasks.Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others in a courteous manner.Experience using Skid-steers (variable landscape attachments); Compact track trenchers and Excavators (Preferred).Irrigation knowledge and experience (Preferred).Valid driver's license (Preferred).Work Environment and Physical DemandsThe role involves strenuous work in adverse weather conditions, as well as exposure to dirt, water, chemicals, noise, etc. The duties of this job require using upper and lower body to work in various positions, handling tools, and lifting, pulling and pushing materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks.
