Wake Forest NC Family Law Paralegal

Established family law firm seeking full or part-time paralegal with at least five (5) years of NC family law experience. Position is in-person. Certification is not required, but familiarity with local rules and Efiling is required. Experience with Clio, Excel and Word is preferred. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized. Duties include drafting pleadings, correspondence, discovery; organizing and maintaining client files and managing document production and deadlines; interviewing witnesses and updating clients.
