Personal Assistant to Multi-Business CEO
Full-time, On-call
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a multi-business CEO. The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding the Principal's calendar. Must exhibit professional attire, Spanish speaking skills are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate and manage special projects as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). A Plus.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
