Property - Estate with horses and a German Short hair pointer -
Owner needs - a very credible individual - physically capable of managing various things on this farm
Owner needs specifically: A person that can exercise horses - light train or basically interact with them -
Spend time with Aspen - GSP - as an on call - when called to watch her and keep her some days and/or weekends - some over nights while owners are out of town
Property has a guest house for over night stays
The preferred individual would be able to assist owners and manage ongoing projects on the farm
However priority one will start out being horses and Aspen
Owners are very busy - business people so there's no time for people that are not committed to this job
Must have dependable transportation - NCDL
Minimum 2 years of college or tech school
Previous experience with horses and dogs
Very well spoken
Appearance is a big plus along with the right personality
