Job Summary:
JCB Construct is seeking an experienced commercial cabinetry fabricator and installer to join our growing team. You will be assisting in all steps of the production process from initial shop drawings to installation completion for commercial cabinetry and millwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret shop drawings, cut list, and production notes to ensure accuracy and material alignment.
- Operate, Walk saw, glue sprayer, router and various other tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect materials for quality, before, during, and after assembly to maintain consistency and craftmanship.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while adhering to company and OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with builders, cutters, and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to read and follow shop drawings and fabrication instructions accurately.
- Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, trimming tools, and shop equipment.
- Physical ability to lift, handle, and position sheet goods and panels safely.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with architectural-grade casework or commercial millwork fabrication.
- Experience with lamination methods and processes.
- Familiarity with cabinet parts and assembly methods.
- Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
