What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess their exterior improvement needs.
- Present product options, explain benefits, and provide detailed quotes.
- Follow up with leads (both company-provided and self-generated).
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
- Work closely with the installation and project management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in sales (home improvement, roofing, or construction preferred — but not required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work evenings and some weekends (as needed for customer appointments).
