DescriptionBravera Holdings Corp. is hiring for a Document Imaging Intern at any Bravera location. Bravera is an employee- and director-owned company that is committed to helping our employees forge a new path in their career. We work together to drive continuous improvement which enhances the customers experience and keeps our organization moving forward.The primary function of this position is to prepare, scan, and index documents for the electronic imaging system (Synergy), ensuring that all imaged documents adhere to the company’s electronic imaging plan. The intern will also provide software technical support and access control for applications and related technology to employees.Duties and Responsibilities

Will prepare, scan, and index documents in the company’s electronic imaging system (Synergy), while ensuring that all imaged documents adhere to the company’s electronic imaging plan.

Will assist and maintain workflow with ID Scan and the electronic signature process; will assist users by troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Will automate the creation and management of electronic checklists within Synergy Doc Tracking.

Will follow departmental policies and procedures, training, and best practices for use within the imaging environment and will assist in implementation, standardization, and utilization of the system.

Will assist departments with documenting imaging, as requested.

Will assist with IT HelpDesk requests from employees including unlocking user logins, completing application set up and terminations, and will prioritize requests for IT to address.

Will provide software technical support and access control for applications related technology to employees.

Maintain documentation on designated systems, as required.

Promote teamwork and open communication within the department and with all Subsidiaries.

Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.

Responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all internal customers of Bravera Holdings Corp. and Subsidiaries.

Will adhere to all rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.

Contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

Quality assurance verification on IDs.

Indexing and verification of bank merger documents.

Assist with special projects, as requested.

Will provide software technical support and access control for applications related technology to employees.

Responsible for Synergy system administration duties along with business intelligence and dynamic reporting requirements (Cognos).

Qualifications

Education: Enrolled in a business or finance program at a local college/university.

Strong organizational skills; requires great attention to detail and ability to be precise.

Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented; Must have the ability to work independently.

Strong computer knowledge recommended.

Schedule

Full-time or part-time hours, depending on the candidate's school schedule.

Start date is as soon as possible.

Duration of internship will run for approximately 6 months.
