Construction Engineer (Water/Wastewater)

AECOM is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Construction Engineer specializing in Water/Wastewater projects to join our team in Dickinson, North Dakota, United States, starting around April 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring $100 million of construction activities, and actively implementing on-site quality control procedures of water treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and project specifications.Oversee and review engineering designs for water treatment designOversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standardsConduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and environmental specialistsPrepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentationAnalyze and resolve complex engineering problems related to water and wastewater treatment processesEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulationsParticipate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and address concernsStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in water and wastewater treatment
