Job Title: Installation LaborerJob DescriptionA Commercial and Residential fencing company in Fargo, ND is seeking Installation Laborers and Leads. Candidates will assist with fence installation on different residential projects and commercial construction sites. Laborers will work in teams of 2-3 with a Fence Lead overseeing the laborers.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Install Chain Link and Wood fencing based on client designs, with a focus on Residential Wood and Commercial Chain Link fences.
Use tools such as post hole diggers, shovels, clamshell diggers, tile spades, and digging bars to dig holes for fence posts.
Prepare, stage, and assist with loading materials and tools needed for job requirements into the truck.
Assist with installations, quality checks, and oversee job progression.
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 70 lbs but not consistently).
Work primarily outdoors in various climates and environments.
Perform construction tasks including measuring, cutting, nailing, and setting concrete.
