Job Duties:
Operate the following equipment for harvesting, planting, and fertilizing including but not limited to:
Backhoe
Payloader
Tractor 480, 620
Planting and Tillage implements.
Combine
Sprayer and floaters

Operate cloud computing system on farm machinery to ensure communication with farm network,
Repair and maintain farm machinery,
Observe gauges, dials, switches, and alarms, and other indicators to ensure that all machines are working properly,
Ensure that safety and environmental rules and programs are strictly adhered to.
Repair and maintain hydraulic systems, Hydraulic hose repairs, lift pumps, cylinders, and valve repairs, which can weigh up to 60 pounds.
Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
Requirements: High school degree or equivalent (includes foreign equivalent) and one year of experience working with heavy duty equipment and farm equipment.
Specific skills and other requirements:
Must possess the following:
A CDL License.
Clean driving record.
Pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
Must possess 6 months of experience working on an agriculture farm.
Must be able to:
Work in extreme weather conditions, including operating on icy roads,
Pass pre-hiring screening drug and Alcohol test; and
Pass random drug tests throughout employment.
Be able to lift 60 lbs.
