Staff Accountant

As a Full Charge Accountant, you will be responsible for multiple clients (25 - 30 monthly). The ideal applicant must be able to receive raw data and be able to prepare year-end closeout, possess a strong work ethic, excellent client communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.W2s & 1099 reportingEnter and classify client dataHandle routine client questionsPrepare bank and credit card reconciliationsUtilize QuickBooks with ability to train clientsFixed Asset TrackingPrepare financial statements for CPA reviewPrepare journal entries for month and year-end closePrepare Payroll, Sales & Use Tax Returns, Property Tax ReturnsAssisting with ad-hoc projects & Tax Return preparations as needed
