We’re a low-income, disabled household looking for a reliable and skilled professional to help with several home projects. We’ve applied for housing assistance programs, but due to limited funding, resources aren’t currently available, so we’re unable to afford full company rates.
However, we believe in fair compensation for your time and skills. We’re open to negotiating pay based on the scope of work, with payment provided upon completion of each project. Larger projects can also be divided into multiple segments for convenience.
Current projects:
Partial exterior siding repair
Garage door replacement
Gutter and downspout repair or installation
We’re looking for someone dependable, respectful, and punctual who’s willing to work with us on a reasonable budget. Additional projects may become available in the future depending on your availability and the quality of your work.
Reliable transportation and your own tools are preferred. We don’t own a vehicle or power tools and may occasionally request supply runs to Home Depot.
If you’re a handyman, contractor, or skilled tradesperson interested in this opportunity, please reach out to discuss details and scheduling.
