Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Call Center Representative in the legal industry, located in Blue Ash, Ohio. As a Call Center Representative, you'll be expected to handle a significant volume of outbound calls, maintain strict confidentiality, and utilize a variety of software to track information.Responsibilities: Handle high volume of outbound calls to gather information and assist with a consumer class action matter. Use legal software such as Aderant and Adobe Acrobat to track information and manage cases. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained throughout all interactions. Use skills in auditing and claim administration to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Utilize Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) and other case management software to manage customer information. Assist customers with their inquiries and issues, providing high-quality service. Perform billing functions and calendar management tasks as needed. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account status. Requirements Proficiency in using legal software such as Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), and Case Management Software Ability to assist customers efficiently and professionally, maintaining high standards of customer service Experience with auditing and billing functions within a legal setting is highly desirable Ability to effectively manage calendars and scheduling, ensuring smooth operation of daily activities Demonstrated capability in claim administration, including processing and tracking claims Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong organizational and time management skills are needed Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is advantageous Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
