Leadership Development Associate

We are seeking a motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of leadership initiatives across the organization. This role plays a key part in fostering organizational development, enhancing team performance, and supporting strategic leadership programs. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, contribute to program creation, and help ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience for participants.ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing and implementing leadership development programs.Support workshops, training sessions, and developmental events for team members at various levels.Conduct research to enhance learning materials and program content.Assist with evaluating program effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement.Coordinate schedules, documentation, and communication for leadership initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing development strategies.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery of assigned program components.
