Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of remodeling tasks, including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tiling, and more.
- Painting is the most often work currently
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure satisfaction with the final result.
- Work efficiently and safely, adhering to all building codes and regulations.
- Manage project timelines and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in home remodeling and renovations.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Clean cut
Preferred:
- Certification or vocational training in construction or a related field.
- Portfolio of completed projects.
