As a Fabrication Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' visions into tangible masterpieces.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee and coordinate production departments: Cutting, Fabrication, Polishing, Quality Control, and Installation.
Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of granite products that exceed client expectations.
Manage communication with suppliers and clients, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
Strategize and implement improvements to grow production capacity and optimize workflows.
Recruit, train, and lead a skilled production team to excellence.
Conduct and participate in weekly operational and management meetings to set objectives and drive results.
Assist clients with slab layouts, ensuring satisfaction and delivering on their unique vision.
