Responsibilities:
Lead carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship.
Train and mentor other carpenters on the team.
Work closely with clients and coworkers to deliver projects on time and up to code.
Contribute ideas and solutions that help the business grow and improve.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of proven experience in deck building and outdoor carpentry.
Familiarity with local building codes.
Strong leadership skills and a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
Must have your own tools and a reliable truck in good condition.
