Description We are assisting a client with a direct hire role for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the bustling city of Cleveland, Ohio. This position plays a critical role in our team, focusing on the reconciliation of accounts, running checks, coding invoices, and data entry. Code invoices accurately to ensure proper record-keeping and easy retrieval. Handle data entry tasks with a high level of precision and speed. Utilize skills in 'Accounts Payable (AP)', 'Check Runs', 'Coding Invoices', 'Data Entry', 'Invoice Processing', 'Microsoft Excel' to perform tasks efficiently. Regularly reconcile account balances to maintain accurate financial records. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status. Resolve customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations is required. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail are necessary. Proficiency in invoice processing is important.
