I’m hiring a reliable local Property Manager who can also serve as the City-designated Local Agent in Charge (LAIC) for single-family rentals in Cleveland. Light, flexible, part-time role with real monthly income and room to grow.
What you’ll earn
Percentage of monthly rent (recurring)
Extra pay for repair/maintenance coordination and site visits
$100 sign-on bonus after LAIC paperwork is signed/notarized and the first month is completed
What you’ll do
Be the local point person and sign the LAIC affidavit (notarized)
Take some tenant calls/texts, schedule vendors, meet them on site as needed
Do quick walk-throughs and keep simple records/receipts
Nice to have (not required)
Comfortable with minor fixes (locks, light fixtures, simple troubleshooting). If you can handle small repairs, you’ll earn more.
Must haves
Live in Cuyahoga County or nearby
Reliable car and smartphone
Professional, responsive, and willing to sign LAIC paperwork
Two references (we will verify)
