We are a local construction maintenance company specializing in all facets of construction. We specialize providing services to management companies, real estate companies, investors, and homeowners. Services such as minor handyman services to complete rehabs and Insurance Restoration. We can even build custom homes on their lots.
We do provide some base pay, commissions, all your marketing needs, and a vehicle allowance. Valid license is a must.
Qualified candidates will have 5 years experience with writing estimates, managing their jobs, maintaining change orders and job cost. Experience with Quick Books and Xactimate is a plus.
