Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Columbus, Ohio. The role will involve working in a data-centric capacity, primarily focusing on customer interaction and data input. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, customer service acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, email correspondence, and organizing files.Responsibilities: Engage in direct communication with customers to gather necessary information for their profiles Accurately input customer information into the system, ensuring data integrity Use customer service skills to provide a positive interaction experience for customers Follow up on voicemails and emails as part of the customer communication process Utilize 10 key skills for efficient data entry Organize files digitally to ensure easy access and retrieval Use Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents Manage email correspondence in a professional and timely manner Handle voicemail messages, ensuring that each one is responded to appropriately Use typing skills to quickly and accurately input data. Requirements Applicant should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word is a must. Strong customer service skills are required. Experience with data entry tasks is needed. The ability to organize files efficiently is necessary. Applicant must have good typing skills. Experience with email correspondence is required. Knowledge of handling voicemail messages is beneficial. The candidate should have 10 key skills.
