This role is critical in supporting our canvass team by providing essential data analysis, mapping, permitting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing field operations through data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities:
Mapping & Territory Management:
Analyze and create detailed maps to optimize canvassing routes and territories.
Use geographic information systems (GIS) and other mapping tools to ensure efficient coverage of target areas.
Provide actionable insights to the canvass team based on geographic data and analysis.
Permitting Support:
Assist the canvass team with acquiring necessary permits for door-to-door activities.
Research local permitting requirements and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Maintain a database of permitting processes and timelines for various jurisdictions.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze canvassing performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and team productivity.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for the canvass team and management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
Support data-driven decision-making by providing accurate and timely insights.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the canvass team to understand their needs and provide analytical support.
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and sales, to align canvassing efforts with broader company goals.
Present findings and recommendations to the team and leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Geography, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar analytical role, preferably in a sales or field operations environment.
Proficiency in mapping software (e.g., GIS) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
