The ideal candidate for this position will be a savvy communicator with a passion for real estate, project management, interior design, or influencer marketing. This role focuses equally on administrative and creative support and requires strong interpersonal skills, responsiveness, and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Independent, self-starter who can learn new processes, connect the dots, and generate proactive solutions before problems arise
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional writing and communications skills
- Polished and professional demeanor required as we interface with top-tier clients
- Social media acumen is a must but creative direction will be provided
- Reliable transportation to run errands and assist at properties as needed, i.e., pick up lock boxes, signs, FedEx/UPS runs, etc.
- A real estate license is not necessary.
