Position Overview
This position involves hands-on work in CO₂ laser tube remanufacturing, RF amplifier repair, and electronic diagnostics. Candidates with a mix of mechanical, electronic, and software skills are ideal. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, or PHP is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Work with senior engineers to diagnose, repair, and test RF and DC electronic circuits
Participate in the remanufacture and reconditioning of CO₂ laser tubes
Support mechanical assembly, alignment, and calibration processes
Maintain accurate repair logs, test data, and calibration records
Assist in developing documentation, test procedures, and process improvements
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school background required
Experience in RF, electronics, avionics, or communications systems preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical drawings or schematics
Demonstrated commitment to precision, cleanliness, and safety
Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn new technologies

Retirement contribution: After 12 months, company contributes 2% of Gross Income to your retirement plan (subject to economic conditions)
