Description We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our client's small business in the machinery manufacturing industry here in Dayton, Ohio. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the financial transactions and records of our organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations. For immediate consideration, please apply for the position online and contact Chris Braun at (937) 331-6360Responsibilities: Handling AP invoicing, PO, and 3-way matching Managing AR invoices for customers and reconciling sales with some collection calls Assisting in making collection calls to support the payment process Handling timecard entries, reconciling with timeclock, and tracking vacation for 25 employees Utilizing Made to Manage software for order entry, opening sales orders, and ensuring correct bill of materials for the purchasing department. The client will train on using this software.Requirements Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the Machinery Manufacturing industry. Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is essential. Demonstrable knowledge of basic Accounting Functions is required. Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. Ability to manage Invoicing processes efficiently. Experience in Coding Invoices is desirable. Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders is a must.
