Job Description:
As a Cold Calling and Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products and services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients within the orthopedic industry.
- Introduce Marle Group’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Provide feedback and insights on call results to help refine our sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and appointment scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Basic understanding of the orthopedic manufacturing industry is a plus.
Pay Range:
- Hourly Rate: $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. Bonus' available.
