Receptionist/Front desk

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist/Front Desk professional in Mason, Ohio. This role is primarily centered around providing excellent customer service in a busy environment, utilizing skills in answering multi-line phone systems, email correspondence, and interpersonal communication. Responsibilities: Operation of multi-line phone system to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, or taking messages. Managing email correspondence, responding to queries promptly and professionally. Delivering superior customer service, handling complaints, and providing information as needed. Utilizing Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and task organization. Maintaining a welcoming environment at the front desk, greeting guests, and assisting with their needs.
