Responsible for managing store inventory for a chain of cell phone and tablet accessories and repair stores/kiosks, including orders and deliveries to more than 20 kiosks and affiliatedstores in the United States. Analyze sales trends in relation to inventory position and current order to determine timing and quantities for new orders. Availability and direct allocation ofmaterials and supplies for cell phone and tablet repair. Develop proposals that include documentation for estimates. Generate purchase orders based on parameters negotiated by the
buyer, such as minimum order quantity, delivery time, shipping, and payment terms. Track and fix shipping errors. Identify key business drivers to take advantage of increased distributionpoints and incorporate them into orders. Redesign the movement of goods to maximize value and minimize costs. Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the requiredstandards. Answer and follow up on all queries from suppliers and customers related to purchase orders. Develop an understanding of customer needs and take steps to ensure thoseneeds are met.
Job requirements: High School +2 years of experience in the position. In lieu of the required experience, the employer accepts 2 years of experience in any managerial position that requires inventory management.
