Test Center Administrator

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Test Center Administrator in Mentor, Ohio, United States. The Test Center Administrator will be a key member of our team, with responsibilities that include overseeing the test center, verifying the identification of test takers, and ensuring the integrity of the testing process. The role is in the education industry and requires a strong understanding of various computer programs and CRM systems. Responsibilities: Oversee the test center to ensure a secure and organized environment. Verify the identification of test takers before allowing them to participate in the examination. Conduct thorough walk-throughs of the testing room to ensure test integrity. Monitor test takers to prevent cheating and maintain the fairness of the examination. Document and report any irregularities observed during the testing process. Maintain a detail oriented appearance in adherence to the business casual dress code. Handle inbound calls, answering queries and providing necessary information. Perform clerical duties and billing functions as required.
