Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Pataskala, Ohio. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of processing invoices, setting up vendor accounts, verifying confidential bank information, and utilizing various software systems. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry.Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of a considerable volume of invoices on a daily basis Manage and set up vendor accounts as part of your duties Maintain high levels of confidentiality while verifying bank information Utilize Netsuite software for various accounting functions Handle automated clearing house (ACH) procedures Perform account coding tasks accurately Use ADP - Financial Services and Concur software for various financial operations Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for effective business management Carry out accrual accounting tasks as required Conduct regular auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy. Requirements Proficiency in Account Coding. Experience with Accounting Software Systems. Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services. Proficient in using Concur. Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Understanding of various Accounting Functions. Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP). Knowledge of Accrual Accounting. Auditing experience. Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes.
