Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an EDI Analyst in Richmond Heights, Ohio. This role will be centered on coordinating between customers, the EDI configurator, business team, and the development team. The role requires a mix of technical and project coordination skills and will involve working in a hybrid environment, with at least 1-2 days a week in the office. Responsibilities: Coordinating activities between customers, the EDI configurator, business team, and the development team during the process of on-boarding customers onto the EDI platform. Managing electronic data interchange processes and maintaining trading partner relationships. Ensuring accurate data in customer accounts and developing and implementing internal ERP processes. Utilizing skills in Data Mapping, Project Coordination, and Electronic Data Interchange. Handling data coordination and providing excellent customer service. Taking the lead in the process of on-boarding customers onto the EDI platform. Taking responsibility for managing electronic data interchange processes. Developing and implementing internal ERP processes, maintaining trading partner relationships, and ensuring accurate data in customer accounts. Utilizing EDI knowledge to organize and coordinate activities effectively. Requirements Demonstrable experience as an EDI Analyst or similar role Proficiency in EDI - Electronic Data Interchange and EDI Mapping Strong skills in Data Mapping and Data Coordination Proven experience as an EDI Specialist Excellent Project Coordination skills Exceptional Customer Service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy Familiarity with industry standard software and technical tools Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
