good morning I’d like to first start with saying that this is an hourly pay job and 1099 position. I do not sub any jobs out.
I am looking for a few qualified individuals that are looking for work we are currently doing small Romanos turns and make ready houses occasionally on our slow time I will be having you do maintenance calls. I am looking for someone that has tools tools are in must to do the job we’re just doing basic plumbing, basic electrical, touchup, paint etc. etc. really small and easy stuff. We are working 730 to 4 o’clock with a 30 minute lunch, we meet at jobsite each morning.
