Hotshot Driver / Owner-Operator Wanted

Sokoli Transportation is seeking a reliable and motivated Hotshot Driver / Operator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, operates safely, and wants to grow with a company that values professionalism and integrity.
What We’re Looking For:
Valid Class A driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience with flatbed / hotshot operations preferred
Must be proficient with chains, binders, and ratchet straps
Strong understanding of general load securement and FMCSA regulations
Must be able to pass an interview covering load securement and safety knowledge
Must be willing to perform light mechanical work on the truck and trailer (including tire changes)
Reliable, safety-minded, and professional at all times
Training:
