This position will require some travel for office meetings, as needed, to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK.Job Profile SummaryThe Stock Plan Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the company's equity compensation programs, including, restricted stock units (RSUs), performance stock units (PSUs). The role requires expertise in utilizing ETRADE for stock plan management and proficiency in ESC reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity compensation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Administer and manage all aspects of the company’s equity compensation programs, including RSUs, PSUs and deferred compensation using ETRADE.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of equity transactions, such as grants, exercises, vesting, and terminations.

Perform regular reconciliation of equity plan records between the company’s internal databases and ETRADE.

Prepare and distribute equity-related communications to employees, including grant agreements, vesting schedules, and exercise instructions.

Provide support for the quarterly and annual reporting of stock-based compensation expenses and disclosures in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations.

Coordinate with the Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate payroll reporting of stock transactions and tax withholding.

Provide equity data from ETRADE for SEC filings including Proxy; Section 16 reports.

Collaborate or instruct the company’s transfer agent in matters related to stock programs, such as plan reserve maintenance; restricted stock issuances; and book entry accounts and releases and maintain share balance reserves for all company stock plans.

Familiar with the stock administration system (ETRADE desirable) and ensure smooth; accurate and timely settlement of daily transaction activity with stock administrator and our transfer agents for executive performance units; RSUs and ESPP.

Manage the annual equity grant process, including planning, communication, and execution.

Assist with the development and delivery of employee education programs regarding equity compensation plans.

Generate and maintain ESC (Equity Statement Compliance) reports to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide data and support for internal and external SOX audits related to equity compensation.

Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Stay current on equity compensation trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company’s programs remain competitive and compliant.

Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding equity compensation inquiries and issues.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.

Work Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in equity compensation administration, preferably in a public company environment.

Proficiency with ETRADE or similar equity management platforms.

Experience with ESC reporting and a solid understanding of stock plan accounting and tax implications.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of: equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPPs.
