If you enjoy assisting customers and working in a fun, friendly atmosphere, this is the job for you! We're in search of a dynamic individual to step into the crucial role of Opener. As an Opener, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting the execution of the company strategy, ensuring the delivery of same-day dry cleaning services, and maintaining exceptional customer experiences. We have 10 dry cleaning stores in the Tulsa area and have been family owned and operated for 82 years.
Shift Information:
M-F 6:45 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (or later depending on workload)
Saturdays 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., alternating.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Opening the store each day
· Greeting customers respectfully and promptly.
· Receiving customers’ clothing orders and cleaning instructions while ensuring all items remain together.
· Inspecting clothing for stains and other problems.
· Marking orders into the computer system and sorting them for processing.
· Working the inspection/assembly station.
· Bagging orders and attaching the invoice for payment.
· Receiving proper payment.
· Sorting recycled hangers received from customers.
· Helping to maintain the cleanliness of the store on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Skills
· Excellent customer service skills and attitude
· Ability to work varied hours according to volume of clothing, including overtime as required.
· Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
· Excellent work ethic.
· Experience preferred, On the job training available.
