Description We are offering an opportunity for a Legal Secretary in the bustling city of Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is crucial in the legal industry, particularly in litigation, and involves a variety of duties such as calendar management, case management, and scheduling appointments. This contract position will allow you to showcase your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and contribute to our team's success.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain calendars, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met. Assist in the preparation and management of cases, including the organization of case files. Provide litigation support, including drafting legal documents and correspondence. Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks such as data entry, document creation, and communication. Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating between various parties to find mutually agreeable times. Handle confidential information with discretion. Assist in the preparation for court proceedings, including the coordination of witness schedules and the organization of evidence. Ensure all legal documents and correspondence are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Support the team in the research and preparation of legal arguments and motions. Maintain professional relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and handling enquiries. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Demonstrable experience in Calendar Management and Schedule Appointments Prior experience in Case Management within a legal setting Understanding and experience in Litigation procedures and processes Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Prior experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role is desirable Must possess problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently High degree of professional ethics and integrity Legal certification or degree in law is a plus.
