DEBURR/BENCH GRINDER $16 HR. 7AM-5:30pm Level one bench grinders/deburr operators perform finishing tasks on complex machined aerospace parts using a variety of tools. These individuals work under direct supervision to perform basic deburr operations such as edge breaking and simple surface finishing tasks. They will work with basic deburr tools. They will also work with pneumatic tools and use deburr pads to hand finish surfaces on parts. These individuals should be able to interpret and follow work instructions including work orders and travelers. After training, these employees will also be expected to complete shop transactions in the ERP system. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Document Control Specialist will work closely with Manufacturing Technician’s to produce standard work instructions, including set up sheets and in process inspection documents. Will need to be proficient in Microsoft suite, Adobe, and CATIA. May also be required to do simple photography and photo editing. Preferred prior experience in manufacturing environments, 1-2 years.

Ability to load reel of electrode wire onto machine and threads electrode wire from reel through feed rolls and welding head; turn welding head to set the specified angle of electrode. Fill hopper with specified flux and direct nozzle or gravity feed over weld line. Turn knobs to set current, voltage, and slope, and synchronize feed of wire and flux with speed of welding action. HEADER PAINTER BLASTER – $19+ (depending on experience)

Read work orders or receive instructions from supervisor regarding painting. Select premixed paints, or mixes required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors. Clean grease, rust, and dirt from product; washes surfaces prior to painting; may be required to blast parts to prepare for painting; apply masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated. Spread drop cloths over floors and cover surfaces that do not require paint with masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting. Pour coating liquid into spray container and connects gun to air hose; turn sprayer valves and nozzle to regulate width and pressure of spray. Install specified nozzles in spray guns. Replaces screens and filters; pull the trigger and directs spray onto work surface to apply prime or finish coat using enamel, polyurethane, epoxy, gel-coat, lacquer, and other industrial paints; clean spraying equipment and brushes with solvent. Load and move materials to work and drying areas by industrial forklift, overhead and jib cranes. Maintains production record of parts and jobs fabricated as required by the Department Manager. Compute angular and linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures, and outlines sequence of operations required to machine part. Prepare geometric layout on graph paper or using computer-assisted drafting software to show location of reference points and direction of cutting paths. Ability to move fin tubes by hand into band molds, pushes buttons to closes molds. Ability to dip ladle into pots of melted zinc metal and walks to each mold and pours from ladle into band molds to produce bands on the fin tubes. After cooling, pushes buttons to open molds and knocks off pouring basin with hammer. Ability to lift fin tubes from output rack into shipping racks or crates. Break zinc ingots into smaller pieces and places the pieces into the zinc pots keeping the zinc pots full of molten metal. Skim slag off molten metal, using strainer device. Drive semi with trailer some with items weighing up to 50 tons and 20’ wide. Over-width and overweight. Supply trailers to the areas that require them as needed, i.e.: structure, header bay for transporting heads to stress, heat treat, assembly for load out of completed units. Ability to load and unload materials that are to be transported to and from vendors. Help unload and sort, mark, and organize galvanized loads after they are checked if help is needed. Transport loads to and from vendors inside the port and around the Tulsa metro area as needed. Any other transportation needs for all the plants as directed by supervision or lead persons.

Abrades surfaces of metal or hard composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish. Shovel or pours abrasives such as sand, grit, or shot of specified grade into machine hopper. Read work orders or receive instructions from supervisor regarding painting. Select premixed paints, or mixes required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors. Ability to prep product prior/ post painting. Must be able to use a power spray gun. Must pass Pulmonary Function Test (PFT); must be fitted and be able to wear
respirator. Physically active & must be able to lift to 50 lbs
