Customer Service Representative

Description We are seeking a meticulous Customer Service Representative for our client's team based out of Beaverton, Oregon. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will involve managing relationships with external partners, making outbound calls, and providing administrative support to the Project Coordinator. Responsibilities: Engage in regular communication with current and potential partners, primarily through phone calls. Coordinate approvals from various business owners across the United States. Conduct qualification of partnerships and effectively organize these relationships in our database. Manage customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions as required. Display strong typing skills, ideally between 45 - 60 WPM, to ensure efficient data entry and processing.Requirements Proven experience in Customer Service roles Proficiency in handling Inbound and Outbound Calls, showcasing excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Typing speed between 45 - 60 WPM, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in data entry tasks. Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
