SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education - Degree or coursework in Finance, Accounting, or Business (preferred).
Experience - 3+ years in financial administration, ideally in trades, construction, or manufacturing. Experience in office management.
Customer Skills - Friendly demeanor with ability to engage walk-in clients and convey confidence in bids and service offerings.
Tech Savvy - Familiarity with both accounting and CRM/project management platforms.
Detail-Oriented - Strong record-keeping and ability to manage multiple threads across departments.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Accounts Management - Handle invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliation of job-related costs
Financial Reporting - Generate monthly reports for company leadership and support budgeting tasks. This includes random and scheduled data/statistics requested by the owner of the company and the general manager.
Job Cost Tracking - Monitor material, labor, and overhead costs tied to custom fabrication projects.
Manage Office Staff - Oversee office staff.
Client Interaction - Welcome walk-in customers, discuss project needs, and provide standard quotes or refer to sales/design leads for complex jobs.
Documentation & Compliance - Maintain clean records and ensure compliance with financial and industry regulations.
Tools & Platforms - Work with software such as QuickBooks, JobTread, or Moraware for both financial and project workflows.
Payroll & Employee Paperwork – Assist with payroll, new hire and employee termination paperwork.
Company offers 1 week pay time off a year, 401K, medical benefits and 7 holiday pay for full time position.
