Cascade Lakes Brewing Company is hiring!
We are looking for dedicated, driven & passionate Assistant Kitchen Manager for our 7th St. Brew Pub in Redmond, Or.
The Assistant Kitchen Manager duties will consist of assisting the Kitchen Manager and teammates with their daily tasks. We have created a culture in our kitchen that promotes growth, a good work ethic, being proud of the food we are producing, and at the end of the day making folks happy. Being the best cook in the room is not necessary, we love to coach and teach. Integrity, passion, fun & being part of a team is what we strive for.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Assisting with food orders
Assisting with scheduling
Stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks
Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
2 year Experience Preferred
Wages $21-$23/hr DOE
