Job Description:
Server:
Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding our offerings.
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and set up according to the pub’s standards.
Handle payments and transactions efficiently.
Assist with any guest needs and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Bartender:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area.
Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
Verify identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations.
Manage cash and credit transactions accurately.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a team player.
Must be at least 18 years old (21 years old for bartenders).
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
