Aspen Landscape Development is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Lead to join our team We’re looking for a motivated, dependable individual with a strong work ethic and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing a small crew (1–2 team members) and ensuring high-quality service at all customer properties.
Responsibilities Include:
-Mowing, trimming, and hard edging lawns
-Pruning shrubs and small trees
-Weeding and maintaining planting beds
-Blowing off walkways, driveways, and patios
-Seasonal cleanups and mulching
-Assisting with irrigation checks
-Training and supervising crew members
-Ensuring all work meets company quality standards
-Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers
Requirements:
-Experience: Minimum 3+ years in professional landscape maintenance
-Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a crew of 1–2 people
-Trustworthy & Reliable: Must take responsibility for customer accounts and company equipment
-License: Current, valid driver’s license with a clear driving record (required for company insurance)
-Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
-Pesticide Applicators License: Not required but preferred.
