What You’ll Do
Install, weld, and repair TPO roofing systems
Assist with commercial flat roofing scopes: Install TPO membrane, cover boards, flashing, etc.
Maintain a clean, safe job site
Collaborate with crew leaders and project managers to complete work efficiently and correctly
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hands-on TPO experience preferred
Ability to read roofing details and follow safety standards
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
