Seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant with estate sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will serve as the first point of contact for selling outlets, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and handle the estate sale process from start to finish. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will contribute significantly to our success and client satisfaction.
Duties: Identify best sales outlets for item categories, whether online, consignment or direct
Maintain organized files, including digital records. Support estate sale operations by coordinating packing, shipping, event setup and breakdown and payment collection. Assist with office management duties. Support personal assistant tasks such as appointment scheduling, and travel arrangements
Skills: Proven experience in office management or administrative roles and strong organizational skills
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous experience including clerical work such as filing, data entry, and document organization. Knowledge of and online listing and selling of specialty and collectible items.
Flexible hours during regular weekday office hours.
