This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers find the right products while maintaining a welcoming and organized showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet, assist, and engage customers on the sales floor in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
Maintain showroom appearance, including organizing displays and ensuring products are presented neatly.
Assist with inventory tasks such as tagging, stocking, and updating price signage.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently when needed.
Support promotional activities and help prepare the sales floor for events or seasonal changes.
Communicate customer feedback and product issues to the management team.
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the showroom for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed.
Interest in furniture, home décor, or design is a plus.
