Full time Manager Positions: Are you a great worker and not getting paid enough or your current employer doesn't make you feel appreciated? I am Currently in process of looking for a Bar Manager. Must have a lead by example attitude, know how to build a solid crew and build the business. Must be able to perform all duties of a manager, work with book keepers , pos system trouble shooting, inventory of FOH and handle all schedules and covering of shifts. Willing to train if you have the qualifications minus actual management experience. This is a position is a working manager position that calls for working what is needed to grow the business and protect the current revenue levels.
Must be able to pass background search by Oregon State Police on behalf of Oregon Lottery: for no back tax bad debt , bad debt in collections , theft, DUII or felony convictions to manage for us to meet our Oregon Lottery Contract requirements. they do except old tax debt and collections as long as in a written agreement and your making good on timely payments.
Must Use our tablet systems for taking orders and running transactions at tables and behind bar.
Must provide table service to keep our customers Happy.
Must have 4 years Bartending Experience and Oregon Lottery experience .
Must be willing to work with owners and office staff as a team
Must Have ability to work independently and as a team player with office staff and employees

Valid food handlers card and Olcc server permit.
