Production Lead, Shred crew supervisor
Overseeing production and managing the team
1 year experience in the mechanical or industrial environment
Monitor equipment performance, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Train new employees on operating procedures, equipment, safety
Solid understanding pf production processes, machinery and QC principles
Fast paced and must have physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
Job is 100% outdoors working in the element
Picking and sorting metals off conveyor belt
